- Kenapa Get Rich saya kok ulang ?
+ Mungkin kamu melakukan pemindahan Device / Handphone dari Android ke Iphone atau sebaliknya, dikarenakan Android dan Iphone memiliki payment yang berbeda, hal ini menyebabkan diamond kamu masih berada di device kamu sebelumnya
+ Cobalah untuk Login menggunakan ID LINE lama kamu
- Hadiah event kapan dikirim ?
+ Biasanya ada pemberitahuan entah lewat Banner/ Poster event / pengumuman di dalam game ketika ada yang memenangkan event.
- Kak saya sudah dapat / menyelesaikan event, kok saya ga dapet hadiahnya ?
+ Banyak banget yang kena masalah ini, biasanya sih kalo ada event baru, mending login ulang soalnya pasti ada update. Nah yang ga update ga bakalan dapet hadiahnya, jadi usahain kalo ada event baru, keluar dulu dari Let's Get Richnya trus Update.
- Kak, saya abis beli diamond nih, tapi ga masuk... gimana ya caranya ?
+ Mohon gunakan form inquiry dalam game LINE Get Rich untuk melanjutkan laporan kamu.
(Pengaturan Handphone Dalam Bahasa Inggris)Form inquiry dapat kamu akses dengan cara Menu -> Setting -> HELP -> inquiry.

+ Banyak faktor yang membuat kamu ga bisa masuk ke game
1. Koneksi : Tanpa koneksi , kamu tidak dapat bermain game ini
2. Data Corrupt : Ada beberapa data yang tertinggal. Cara membersihkannya yaitu
Ke Setting > LINE > Clear Data
lalu Setting > Get Rich > Clear Data
Lalu login kembali

+Silahkan jelaskan permasalahan anda dengan lengkap dengan log in kembali dan isi form inquiry di game LINE Get Rich

- Why my Diamond and Gold has been gone ?
+ On this issue, there are 2 case.
1. Because you change handphone / Device from Android to IoS or reverse.
Since Iphone and Android have different payment gatwate, but it's okay, your diamond still on your previously Device.
2. Make sure that you login using your OLD LINE Account
- When the reward of event will be sent ?
+ As you can see, the date of the reward in Banner / Announcement in game
- I already do event, but why i don't get the reward ?
+ Many player face this issue since when the Event is active, you need to re-login for update.
When you don't update it, even you do the event, you may don't have the reward.
So make sure that you already update before doing event.
- I have buy some diamond, but why don't i get it ?
+ For this issue, you must make your report on in game Inquiries
You can access Form inquiry in Game by pressing Menu -> Setting -> HELP -> Contact Us -> Inquiries -> I agree (Proceed to inquiry form)
Choose "Inquiry Information = Problems with paid items" and "Type of Problem = Paid items not received".
Fill all the information (order id and receipt date )
- Why i can't enter into game ?
1. You must have a good connection, without connection, you can't play this game
2. Data Corrupt : How to clear data
Setting > LINE > Clear Data
Setting > Get Rich > Clear Data
Login using your old LINE Account
- When i have the problem, where can i sent it ? ?

+ If you already invite more than 200 people, you can't get the gold reward again.
- My Card S +25, my pendant Maximal, why i am still losing ?
+ There is no absolute win on this game.
- My ID Has been hacked !
+ Sorry, we can't doing anything since it's your mistakes
- Why i don't get S Card when buying Premium Card Pack ?
+ There is a chance you will get S Card, keep buying :D
- I Have rank #1 on Friend Rank? Why i don't get Iron Box ?
+ Iron box is the worst reward on Friend Rank, the blue box is the reward when you get Rank #1 on Friend Rank,
- How to delete friend on Let's Get Rich ?
+ Menu > Game Friend
Choose the person that you want to delete > My Note > Delete Friend
- How to chance nickname in game ? ?
+ Press the button on right side of your name.
