- Why my Diamond and Gold has been gone ?
+ On this issue, there are 2 case.
    1. Because you change handphone / Device from Android to IoS or reverse.
        Since Iphone and Android have different payment gatwate, but it's okay, your diamond still on your previously Device.

     2. Make sure that you login using your OLD LINE Account

- When the reward of event will be sent ?
+ As you can see, the date of the reward in Banner / Announcement in game

- I already do event, but why i don't get the reward ?
+ Many player face this issue since when the Event is active, you need to re-login for update.
    When you don't update it, even you do the event, you may don't have the reward. 
    So make sure that you already update before doing event.

- I have buy some diamond, but why don't i get it  ?
+ For this issue, you must make your report on in game Inquiries

You can access Form inquiry in Game by pressing Menu -> Setting -> HELP -> Contact Us -> Inquiries -> I agree (Proceed to inquiry form)
Choose "Inquiry Information = Problems with paid items" and "Type of Problem = Paid items not received".
Fill all the information (order id and receipt date ) 


- Why i can't enter into game ?
1. You must have a good connection, without connection, you can't play this game
2. Data Corrupt : How to clear data
      Setting > LINE > Clear Data
      Setting > Get Rich > Clear Data
      Login using your old LINE Account


- When i have the problem, where can i sent it ? ?
+ You can report your problem and fill the form in LINE Get Rich
Menu -> Setting -> HELP -> inquiry.

-  How to find my password ?
+ Trying go to LINE > Forgotten Password

- Can i Recharge using "Pulsa" (Indonesia only)?
+ Yes, you can buy diamond in store.line.me/home/en

- Why i don't get any gold if i invite people on Let's Get Rich ?
+ If you already invite more than 200 people, you can't get the gold reward again.

- My Card S +25, my pendant Maximal, why i am still losing ?
+ There is no absolute win on this game.

- My ID Has been hacked  !
+ Sorry, we can't doing anything since it's your mistakes

- Why i don't get S Card when buying Premium Card Pack ?
+ There is a chance you will get S Card, keep buying :D

- I Have rank #1 on Friend Rank? Why i don't get Iron Box ?
+ Iron box is the worst reward on Friend Rank, the blue box is the reward when you get Rank #1 on Friend Rank,

- How to delete friend on Let's Get Rich ?
+ Menu > Game Friend
  Choose the person that you want to delete > My Note > Delete Friend


- How to chance nickname in game ? ?
+ Press the button on right side of your name.

What is Vigor Points ?
Ans : For me, Vigor Point is Daily Quest that you must do

How to get Vigor Points ?
Ans : You can get Vigor Point by doing some Activities like :

What is VIP Login ?
Ans : VIP Login is you must be VIP

What is Reward from star in Vigor Point ?
Ans :
1 Star = Gold
2 Star = AP Potion
3 Star = EXP Book
4 Star = Crystal Pack ( 500 Crystal) / Heaven Fragment

Tips :
- If you gonna hatch pet with (2 D or more),
   you can put the egg on 22:00 (GMT+8) and it will reseting on 08:00 (GMT+8)
   It will make you easier to hatch egg.


What i do usually :

- Login ( Login Points = Finish)                                              Vigor Now : 10
- Login ( VIP Login Points = Finish)                                       Vigor Now : 30
- Hatch Pet ( Hatch Pet and Buy Item  = Finish)                      Vigor Now : 50
- Hunting ( 15 Battle + 5 Heroic Boss = Finish)                       Vigor Now : 85
- Doing Arena 1 time ( Arena = Finish)                                   Vigor Now : 90
- PK 5 Followers ( PK Followers = Finish)                             Vigor Now : 100
- Put 1 Pet on Training Ground = Finish                                   Vigor Now : 105
- Feed Egg to Pet = Finish                                                       Vigor Now : 113
- Enchance Pet 5x = Finish                                                      Vigor Now : 123
- Dragon Slayer = Finish                                                          Vigor Now : 127

- Q : How can i get Xacraken ?
       1. You can get Xacraken by defeating him at Heaven map (Shrine Throne)
       2. Arena Contest Rank S Reward
       3. Richman (Pet Store icon : Dice). Note: M.Xacraken and A.Xacraken

- Q : What is A and M in M.Xacraken and A.Xacraken
        -  M is Magic Xacraken
        -  A is Attack Xacraken
Note : Those 2 pets are different from normal Xacraken. They have built-in skills.

- Q : I have a picture of Xacraken, but why is Magic is more than his Attack?

Ans: Ya. It is the base stats of Xacraken. 

- Q : I Have A.Xacraken / M.Xacraken, should i change the skills ?
Ans : I think you shouldn't, A / M Xacraken already have good skill set when it was born


- Q : My pets and equipments are focused on attack. Can I use Xacraken as Attack pet?
Ans : Yes, you can. I Give you Example of Attack Xacraken
Note : It's from A.Xacraken Egg

- Q : I get this Xacraken, What should i do ?

Ans : What kind of Xacraken you wanna choose ? Atk / Magic ?

If Magic Xacraken, you can use this build :
It's Nyungseb Xacraken ( Server 10 Aquarius)

[PA] Pegasus Guide

Hi Guys ! Welcome to Pegasus Guide

I already Retired from Pet Alliance

You should have your Mildeep from quest, right? Otherwise, you can get it from Mysterious Egg.
At the first sight, I don't think Mildeep is a good pet, since it only has a lot of HP but low attack.

Anyone think the same too? XD
But surprisingly, it's a really strong pet when it is evolved to Unicorn.
However, you must enhance ATK + Speed / Magic + Speed (No Other ! Make it perfect)

Question : And what should I do when it evolved to Unicorn?
Ans : you must find Hpynosis skill in Star Tower Stormland (BEFORE IT EVOLVES TO Pegasus)

Question : Can i put Hpynosis when it's already Pegasus ?
Ans : You can't. Pegasus element is Dragon and Flying.

This pet get imba skill name "Supply" skill in slot A. As we know it's rank S Skill.
Keep enchant it with ATK + Speed / Magic + Speed
 
Unicorn can evolve to Pegasus at lv 52.
But you need Ancient Pearl (1200 Crystal ) to Evo it

Question : What stat i must put in that pet ?
Ans :  Depend on your equipment or where do you want to go (Atk Build / Magic Build)
If you're going to ATK build, never put EHN other than ATK and Speed
If you're going to Magic build, never put EHN other than Magic and Speed


Question : where can i get extra Mildeep?
Ans :
- You can get Mildeep in Rank A, B, C Arena (The Fine Egg)
- Exchange 10 Heaven Fragment + 30 Tarot with "Mysterious Egg"
- Battle Unicorn at Paradise ( Heroic)

Question : Where can i buy Ancient Pearl?
Ans : You can buy Ancient Pearl in Pet Store (1200 Crystal)

Question : Where can i get Ancient Pearl for free?
Ans : You can't Dear ..

Question : What is the best Pegasus stat build ? Atk / magic ?
Ans : It depends on your equipment

Question : What skill must I have when I evolve Pegasus ?
Ans : Whatever type you are (either Magic / Atk) you must get Hypnosis skill

Question : What is the function of Hypnosis ? 
Ans : It stuns your enemy for 2 round

- Q : What level and what skill do i need to evolve Pegasus?
Ans : You can evolve Pegasus at lv 52, but make sure your equipment is strong enough.


Q : Is this Unicorn Good ?

Ans :
- The stat is too balanced (Bad)
- You must focus on attack / magic with a little addition in Speed.
- However, that Unicorn is good, since it has Hypnosis skill.
- It just need a Reset Stat and it will be a good pet.

Pets are be in 5 grade in Pet Alliance :
- Grade S :  (Gold Colour Name)
- Grade A : (Purple Colour Name)
- Grade B : (Blue Colour Name)

- Grade D : (White Colour Name)


- Q : How to Leveling Fast ?

Ans :
       1. Using 1.5 EXP before finish the Heroic Mode
       2. Using AP Pot
       3. Combine Pet



- Q : How to Forge Equipment ? Why i cannot go to 3rd Element ?

   Ans : You must have 2 equip with 2 Element too for making 3rd Element.
   Example :

and you need 2 equips with 3 element if u wanna do the 4th element



-  Q : What is Recast Chest and how to use it ?
Ans :
Recast Chest is item that can change element on your equips.

Ans : Follow this Step :
1. Click Equipment

2. Choose equip that you want to Recast

3. Select Element that you wanna change

- Q : What is Potent Fruit and how to use it ?
Ans : Potent Fruit function is for increasing your potential to Maximal

   Ans : - You can get free Xempiss / Xapro from Inviter Pack
             - You can free get Xacracken from Quest

             - Some Pet can Evolved into Rank S pet

- Q : How can i get Inviter Pack ?
Ans :
1. You must have at least 100 Achievement Points

Q: How to get Dragon Tear ?

         - You can get Free Dragon Tear by Login Event
         - By buy prime Egg in Gashapon ( Using Crystal)

Q : How to get Heaven Fragment ?
Ans : You can get Heaven Fragment from 4th Shake ( 125 Vigor Point Must VIP)
